I am offering a Well-being Therapy Group, for individuals to explore and identify Well-being issues and make
changes through the therapeutic
per person, per group session
Held at The Bay Therapy Centre
Thursday's 13:00 until 14:30
Joining the group requires commitment to each Well-being session
that is agreed in the group.
Well-being describes our happiness, confidence, physical condition and
general outlook on life. It is about feeling good and taking care of yourself; responsibilities that can often be neglected
when juggling the demands of everyday living in the 21st century.
Well-being and healthy living go hand-in-hand.
Healthy living goes beyond eating a balanced diet and taking regular exercise. It also reflects the mental, emotional and
social aspects of an individual’s life.
We can often measure wellbeing as happiness or satisfaction with
life. The search for happiness is often confused with the pursuit of pleasure, but wellbeing is about more than living ‘the
good life’; it is about having meaning in life, about fulfilling our potential and feeling that our lives are worthwhile.
The Well-being group is available for anyone who is
interested in understanding more about themselves and their potential for Well-being. Through the process of therapy
I will help to facilitate group members to make changes or gain more of what they already have.
